Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Personalized / Custom Items
❗ Personalized or custom-made items are NOT eligible for return or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Jerseys with custom name and/or number

Special orders made specifically for the customer
Please make sure all customization details and size selections are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will evaluate the case and, if approved, replace the item free of charge.

Size & Measurement Policy

❌ Returns are not accepted if the wrong size was chosen by the customer

✅ If the measurements of the jersey are incorrect compared to the size chart, we may accept a return or replacement after verification
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Personalized or custom-made jerseys

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Items that have been worn, washed, or used

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

The fastest way to receive another item is to:

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, EXCEPT for the following:
❗ Personalized or custom-made items (such as jerseys with custom name and/or number) are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period and are non-returnable, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
